JLEC have completed a prestigious Grade A office refurbishment in the centre of Leeds.  Working closely with the main contractor, landlord and client.  

New distribution was required and upgrades from the distribution network operator (DNO).

A full new LED lighting scheme was designed and implemented along with emergency lighting

A full new underfloor busbar system was installed to supply the desks with suitable power coupled with under desk power & data distribution modules makes for an extremely neat solution

​

A new cat5e structured cable installation was installed by us

​

A brand new L1 fire alarm system was designed, installed and commissioned not to mention a new Intruder alarm system throughout

​

We also installed a new access control system throughout the office space and commissioned on to the PC based Net2 system

​

A Rointe electric heating system was designed and installed in all common areas and WC's

​

Dyson Airblades were installed within all WC's

We've recently completed another Swarovski shop fit out.  This time we were in Glasgow, St Enochs Centre.  Carrying out the distribution, power, EPOS, lighting, emergency lighitng, last man out switches etc.

The project was a quick turnaround but the guys work relentlessley to meet the tight deadline

JLEC have recently completed the installation of an upgrade of a comms room essential and non-essential distribution system in Leeds City Centre

JLEC attended site to Swarovski, a maker of fine crystal jewelry and ornaments in Dublin City Center to carry out a total electrical refurbishment, including LED fixtures and new fittings.

JLEC Electrical were successful in a tender to relocate three comms cabinets to another location within the same building for operational purposes. 

Our Engineers attended site to perform an electrical refurbishment at a prestigious chain known for its crystal jewelry, watches, Christmas ornaments & home accents. New LED fixtures were fit as well as other various electrical works.

JLEC were called to site to install a state of the art SMART kitchen kit and perform an overhaul on the existing lighting, choosing to install LED's instead.

Upgrade of the external fluorsecent lighting to new LED lighting at Leeds Bradford International Airport

JLEC carried out a successful mains upgrade over the Christmas break which involved a shutdown of the factory overnight in order to establish a new mains distribution. Temporary generators were installed to ensure continuation of productivity.

Carrying out works overseas for clients.  In this case Fred Perry in La Vallee Outlet Shopping Village in Paris.  A pretty standard shopfit installed to the european standards.

We carried out electrical distribution, rising mains, general power, small power, lighting, data, access control and video intercom systems for this prestigious luxury refurbishment in the centre of Leeds.

JLEC were the main contractors in the relocation of a large Crabtree printing press.  The unit was carefully electrically disconnected, mechanically and physically separated and shipped to Sweden.
