JLEC Electrical, an established electrical company in Bradford, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join their team as an Office Junior. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and will work alongside our experienced team to learn and develop new skills.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails and forwarding them to the relevant team member
Greeting visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate person
Managing the company’s filing and documentation system
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expenses
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks, as required

Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
